【移动球磨制砂选矿设备简介】
本套设备为移动式球磨制砂选矿设备，适用于石料厂、岩金矿选金使用，其优势如下：
1、重型汽车底盘设计，带转向系统、发电机组，可以使用牵引车辆轻松整体移动至工作场地；
2、进料斗下部安装了振动给料机，防止堵料，并且可以保障均匀供料；
3、精料收集系统采用一台卧式全自动排矿离心机，进料、排料由PLC电脑全自动控制，操作简单方便。排废料管道处增加一汞板溜槽，对废料里的金进行二次回收。(注：立式离心机因结构原因，只能在水平地面使用，无法应用于移动淘金车)

【移动球磨制砂选矿设备流程概述】Technical process
原料通过工程车辆送入进料斗中，通过振动给料机均匀给入上料输送机中，然后送入重选设备-球磨机内时行球磨，球磨后的物料排入沙箱内，通过沙泵送入离心机内进行精选，精选后的精料会自动排出，废料通过一条汞板溜槽收尾后，废料排入废料区域。
The material getting into feed hopper by excavator or other machines,the the shaking feeder can make material well distributed onto conveyor and then be transporting into ball mill,the getting into horizontal auto discharge concentrator by sand pump in sand box,then concentrate get and scrap material into amalgamating board sluice to be recovered(The horizontal type gold concentrator instead of vertical type which can be working only on ground level provide good performance as a unit of the car)
